Cancellation Policy

We politely request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to other patients who are waiting for care and need access.

Booking deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking. The remaining balance of your appointment fee is settles at the clinic following your appointment.

Booking Deposits & Securement:

• Your deposit must be received within 24 hours of making your booking.

• If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice your deposit is fully transferrable to your new appointment time.

• If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or you miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments:

• Transferring Deposits: If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is fully transferrable to a new appointment time.

• Forfeiture: If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

• Existing patients: For patients where a deposit was not held at the time of booking, any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointment — will be invoiced at the full rate of the appointment type. If a payment card is attached to your profile, Back On Track Chiropractic Clinic Ltd reserves the right to use the payment card(s) on file to fulfil the outstanding amount due. Future appointments will be restricted until any outstanding balances are settled.

By booking an appointment and paying your deposit, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule so we can continue providing high-quality care to all out patients.
