Cancellation Policy

We politely request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to other patients who are waiting for care and need access.

Booking deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking. The remaining balance of your appointment fee is settles at the clinic following your appointment.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments:

  • If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice your deposit is fully transferrable to your new appointment time.

  • If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or you miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Existing Patients: For existing patients (where a deposit is not held) at the time of booking, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice -- or missed appointments -- will be charged the full rate of the scheduled appointment type. Future appointments may be restricted until any outstanding balances are settled.

Card on File & Fees: To secure your booking, a valid credit or debit card must be held on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is settled at the clinic following your treatment.
